Walking the HASH

So things are quickly getting busy and I am falling more and more behind in school work. That might not sound like a good thing and it is not, but it is pretty normal for me, and I am having fun in the meantime.
So I am training for a marathon. Actually the San Diego Rock n Roll marathon. A classmate of mine convinced me to do it and it has been great so far. The second day of running, I tripped and fell in a pot hole and sprained my ankle pretty bad. The human body is amazine though. I took one day off, have not played any soccer or ultimate, and it is almost back to normal less than a week later. Thank God!
This past week, I also purchased a bike. On my crosstraining days, I will be riding. So today was my first day! We went toward La Sagesse. It was wonderful and so much fun!! 18 miles. It totally did not feel like that much at all. Lots of wonderful hills both up and down, it was a blast. Unfortunately, while riding, I swallowed a bee or someother kind of bug that decided to sting me before I could spit it out. It bit the back of my throat around the uvula( the hanging ball thing). It hurts pretty bad, but I can still breathe, and that is what is important.
The HASH was gorgeous yesterday.
It was in St. David's, Southeast part of the island.
