What a wonderful weekend!!!

Hello everyone!!
I just had one of the nicest most relaxing weekend of the semester. I finished midterms on Friday and so I decided that I deserved to have the entire weekend off. And that is exactly what I did. I did not even crack a book the entire 48 hours!!! It was great!!
On Saturday, I slept in until 9:00am!!! Went grocery shopping and cleaned the apartment. Then early afternoon, Greta and Kole and I, met my med school friend Lisa, and my old roommate, Tonja, at Aquarium beach. Went swimming for a little while before we headed off to the HASH. The Hash was at Bon Accord Estates about 30 minutes away from True Blue(the area where I live). All my roommates all decided to come. This was all of their first HASH!! So I had a great time initiating them!! They all got their certificates of Loss of Virginity.( I copied the certificate and wrote it out so that all you guys could read it. ). The HASH was really rough. You should see my legs they are all scratched up. I went to the beach again today (Sunday) and everyone was asking me what happened!! They look horrible. Oh well they will heal!! Hehe!!
It was all worth it. This semester so far I have made it to every HASH and hope to keep it that way. They are addicting and so crazily fun!! Lisa, two of my classmates, Ika and Leah, and med school friend Ben all end up running together most of the time competing with eachother, laughing at eachother when we fall, or take a false trail, just enjoying the amazine views after we have climbed a huge mountain, and most importantly encourage one another, always being the first group to finish.. wining!! Great times!!!!
Then on Sunday, took the dogs to the beach for Sunday morning dog times. (Every Sunday students bring their pets to the beach to play). Then went to church on campus. Church was a treat today… we had some missionaries from the Northern part of the island as our guests, their worship band played and they lead the sermon. It was a real treat. After church, Lisa invited them over for lunch, I helped her prepare spaghetti. It was so fun to hangout and fellowship with all of them. Phil and his family came also(my bible study leader- another missionary). You have to stop and thank God…the fact that he has brought all these people from all types of backgrounds together in this one place and the one ultimate thing that they have in common is Him. Pretty unbelievable!!!
The rest of the day I spent on the beach at Grande Anse and watching the movie Tommy Boy.
Now I am here writing this on my borrowed computer, listening to Jadon Lavik sing “what if” on the MP3 player that I am borrowing. Thanking God for the place that he has put me and the incredible sacrifices that He made for me… because of His unselfishness. Also for the unselfishness my friends to let me borrow their stuff. Jadon Lavik sings in his song, ”Say I belong to you… apart from all the things I do…. I am in awe of why you do….What have I done to deserve your Son…. Give me eyes to see…. One thing that I know is true… your love is staying.”
